For beginners, I work on getting you comfortable and then we move to floating and then actual movement with slow, fluid motions- kind of like a jellyfish! Since 2014, I've also begun working with the Special Needs population. Lessons are sold in packages for $300= 8-30 minute, 5-45 minute and 4-60 minute lessons. Single lessons are $45, 60, and 75.

*Life Coaching and Reiki - They're happening now via phone or Zoom. Regarding Life Coaching and Reiki - I've been a coach for 6 months and a Reiki practitioner for 2.5 years. The combination of the two is healing and transformative. Booking can be done at www.unsinkableyou.org.
