We have an event brewing......🫣
Shout out to Michelle's Mad Batter for the brainstorming fuel.
Any guesses on what Little Willow Art and Wildfire Soul Revival could be cooking up for an event?

🐴 New to the Farm Sessions are now available.
A gentle first step into Equine Gestalt, healing, self-awareness, and connection.
Who comes to the farm?
--> people who feel disconnected from themselves
--> people that life feels heavy and traditional therapy isn't quite doing the trick
--> people who know something isn't quite right but they don't have the words around explaining it
The horses don't ask you to have the right words.
They simply meet you where you are.
🌟 No horse experience needed. 🌟

❤️🩹 What pets are you remembering today?
🐾💙 World Pet Memorial Day 💙🐾
Today, we remember the pets who are no longer by our side but will forever remain in our hearts. The dogs who greeted us at the door, the cats who curled up beside us . Though their time with us may never feel long enough, the love they gave and the memories they created stay with us forever.
Their paw prints leave an imprint and at Creekside Veterinary Clinic we know that pets are family. We invite you to celebrate the life of a beloved pet by sharing their photo, name, or a favorite memory of them in the comments.
You may have noticed the paw prints in the sidewalk outside our building. Those prints belonged to our beloved clinic dog, Taff. While Taff is no longer with us, his paw prints remain as a daily reminder of the joy, loyalty, and love he brought to our clinic and everyone who knew him. 🐾
🌈🐾 Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.

Not every struggle is visible.
Some men are carrying stress, grief, anxiety, burnout, or life challenges without anyone knowing.
This month is a reminder that checking in with yourself and with the men you care about matters.
📍 A text.
📍 A conversation.
📍 A moment of honesty.
Those small steps can have a big impact.
Reach out to Wildfire Soul Revival if you're ready to take the next step to knowing yourself a little better.

Soul nourishment comes in many forms.
Today, mine looks like sitting outside, taking a few quiet moments to reconnect with myself, drinking a cup of decaf coffee, and a delicious cinnamon roll from The Baker’s Acre. ☕️✨
Their farm stand is open Saturdays and Sundays, and those cinnamon rolls are absolutely worth the visit.
What does self-care look like for you today?

I often hear comments like:
"I dont have time for a session"
"I don't have time for myself or self-care"
"Taking time for myself is selfish"
What if taking time for yourself is one of the most important things you can do for your yourself, your family, your work, and your relationships?
Taking time to recharge isn't stepping away from your responsibilities, it's strengthening your ability to meet them.
🤔 What's one small thing you can do this week to show up more fully in your life?
💙 Kristin & The Wildfire Soul Revival herd.

What's a belief that doesn't belong to you?
Ever find yourself believing something about who you are… and you’re not sure where it came from?
Maybe it’s a voice in your head that says, “You’re too much,” or “You’ll never be good at that.”
Chances are, that message isn’t yours.
In Gestalt, we call these introjects, statements or beliefs we swallowed whole from someone in authority (a parent, teacher, or partner) without stopping to question if they were true.
These beliefs quietly erode self-esteem, creating a distorted inner image. But Gestalt gives us a way to hand that message back and say: This doesn’t belong to me.
What’s one belief you’re ready to question or give back? Share it in the comments, we’d love to hear.
