How to make ๐
Servings: 8
Prep Time: 3 hours & 5 min.
Ingredients:
1.7 fl oz. boiling water
0.7 oz. strawberry sugar free jelly
10.2 oz. Greek yogurt
1 oz. (30g) vanilla whey protein powder
pinch of salt
1 tbsp. honey
1 strawberry, sliced, to garnish
Instructions:
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl, cover and place into the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to set.
2. Serve with sliced strawberries.

โจ Shoutout to Holly! โจ
Holly is an incredible example of what consistency can do. Sheโs one of the strongest women in our studio and always shows up with a positive attitude and a big smile. Between her strength training and consistent meal prepping, she has built habits that continue to pay off both in and out of the gym.
Because of her consistency, sheโs seeing amazing results:
โจ Lost over 35 pounds!
โจ Gained more than 5 pounds of muscle mass!

How cool is this?! ๐คฉ
One of Kimโs goals when she started at Weight Tutor was to go skydiving. Not someday. Not maybe. She actually wanted to check it off her bucket list.
This past week, she did exactly that. โ๏ธ
Hereโs what Kim had to say:
โI wouldnโt have been able to do it without Weight Tutor. First, I didnโt have to worry that I wouldnโt meet the weight requirements. It required flexibility and quick mobility, which I didnโt have prior to WT. I also needed strength in my core and legs for the landing. You had to keep your legs raised during the landing until you were completely stopped. It was like doing a wall sit without the wall for 30 seconds.โ
We talk a lot about strength training helping you live life outside the gym, and this is such a perfect example of that!

One of our favorite things about Coach Chelseaโs classes is seeing how much these women are capable of! Most of them never imagined theyโd be lifting weights like this, but week after week they keep showing up, getting stronger, and cheering each other on. The encouragement and friendships that happen along the way make it even more special. ๐ช๐

It has been such a joy getting to know Cindy and walk alongside her as she steps into this new season of finally prioritizing herself. After years of caring for others as a nurse, mom, and wife, she is choosing to invest back into her own health and well-being.
What makes this so special is not just the goals, it is that she has found a place where she can rebuild. A place to get stronger, move better, and be surrounded by a community that supports her every step of the way!
