Just a reminder that this event is FREE for you and your students to attend and is a great opportunity for them to experience Mississippi agriculture at their fingertips!! Golden Triangle Area Teachers…make plans for your 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Grade students to join us for FARMtastic, November 19-21 at the MS Horse Park.

FARMtastic, an agriculture experiential learning activity hosted by the Mississippi State University Extension Service will be held at the MS Horse Park in Starkville, MS, November 19-21, 2024. This unique educational program is designed to involve 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade students in hands-on learning about the agricultural industry in Mississippi. Students will visit a walk-through exhibit featuring agricultural commodities.

Exhibit will consist of:
🐮 Barnyard Bonanza
🌽 Mighty Crops
🌱 Wonder Plants
🌲 Enchanted Forest
🐟 Something Fishy

Each focus area will include hands-on activities. Additional educational resources will be provided for each teacher.

We had a great week in Amite County and now we have moved into the State Fair! Make plans to bring the kiddos to visit us in the MS Trade Mart during the fair!
