Kellum came by for a visit so we signed him up as a Junior police officer.

Few professions require the physical and mental stamina of law enforcement professionals. As such, this week our officers are conducting their annual physical fitness assessment. !

Congratulations to Officer Buford and Officer Dollar for graduating the NMLETC Tupelo academy this morning. Awards included the runner-up for Top Cop, fi****ms and academics.

We are participating in the DEA’s Take Back Day tomorrow from 10:00AM to 2:00PM. If you have any unneeded medications, come by at 25 Walker Rd, Mississippi State, MS to dispose of them to make our community safer and healthier. Have a great weekend!

Hey bulldog family! This weekend is full of exciting opportunities to experience some Mississippi State culture! We are playing Texas A&M with a special recognition for our 2014 team. We also have Junction Jam and Navy Days going on! We encourage everyone to be safe and a good weekend!

National Faith & Blue Weekend is October 11-14, 2024. We will kick the weekend off with a luncheon hosted by Peter’s Rock COGIC and the Starkville Police Department Chaplain Corps.

National Faith & Blue Weekend facilitates safer and stronger communities by engaging law enforcement officers and local residents through the connections of faith-based organizations.

All first responders and the public are welcome to join.

Congratulations to CPL Solis-McCoy, CPL Spratt, Officer Frost and Officer Partain for completing Crisis Intervention Training (CIT). This program is designed to assist persons with behavioral health disorders such as mental illness, developmental disabilities, Alzheimer’s and addiction.

Attention all bulldogs! On Monday, September 30th, from 11 AM to 2 PM, and invite you to the Dawg House for the Drunk Goggles Olympics. Compete with your friends to simulate the effects of impairment and learn the importance of responsible driving.

We had a great time today at The T. K. Martin Center for Technology and Disability, performing a K9 demonstration. Migel and Toven were especially thankful for the opportunity to make new friends!

Please help us welcome Officer Traver Jung who was sworn in today by Assistant Chief Locke. Officer Jung is a former MSU Football player and played the 2015-2018 seasons.
