The Starkville campus will host two graduation ceremonies today, Dec. 13—9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.—in Humphrey Coliseum.

MSU President Mark E. Keenum is the university’s featured commencement speaker, and Lewis F. Mallory Jr., a 1965 MSU College of Business graduate, will be awarded an honorary Doctor of Public Service degree during Starkville’s afternoon ceremony.

Last week, BMSS came and spoke with Ms. Pilgrim's Advanced Accounting Class. The focus of the presentation was to reinforce concepts of consolidation covered throughout the semester. Students were able to see the role of the auditor in preparing consolidated financial statements. Thank you, BMSS, for providing a hands-on learning experience to our upper-level accounting students. We appreciate your continued involvement and support in the Adkerson School of Accountancy!

Earlier this week, Beta Alpha Psi was thrilled to host May & Co! They treated our students to Chick-fil-A and gave an insightful presentation on the differences between small and large accounting firms. A big thank you to May & Co for their support and inspiration!

Recently, members of Beta Alpha Psi participated in the MSCPA Day of Service by sponsoring a canned food drive. They also volunteered at the Salvation Army to help those in need! We are so proud of our Beta Alpha Psi members for giving back this holiday season!
