Installing new HVAC system in tiny attic. Old unit burned up after not changing filter for 8 years. We are very glad to help, and even more glad a fire was not caused by old system. Stay safe, have your HVAC serviced twice a year.

This is the inside of an A-coil. Which sits inside most furnaces. The owner of this system did not change thier filter for many years. The system was not serviced or maintained for years. The heat built up got so high from lack of airflow it burned up most of the furnace components. This could have caused a home fire 🔥. It is extremely important to change your filters and have your HVAC system serviced twice a year.

A few more images of recent home remodel. I really need to get better at taking before/after pictures in the future. The home is a Duplex, the kitchen is flipped as it is from the opposite side of the duplex.

Before and after of some serious water damage. See video in comments. Home was completely gutted and mold treated; utilizing commercial heaters and dehumidifiers to dry the home out. A large hole in the roof saturated the home for over 3 years. Everything besides the shell and bones is new.

We walked into a few years of water damage due to hole in the roof. The project has been completely gutted and all new drywall installed. Updated electrical & plumbing. New Roof and much more. Looking forward to posting completion photos before Christmas. Will also post some demo videos.
