We are looking for a new brewer! -Tired of brewing the same thing week in and week out at a production brewery, looking to make the jump from avid home brewer to professional? Come be the brewer at Birch's on the Lake Brewhouse & Supperclub in Long Lake, MN. You will get to brew all sorts of different styles, and experiment with creating your own new styles. You will get to brew beer, transfer beer, clean tanks/lines, and carbonate, everything from grain to glass. Work in a well set up 10bbl brewery with plenty of space and all new Premier Stainless equipment as of 6 years ago. We do not filter anything and we have bulk serving tanks, no kegs to deal with. Must have some experience brewing at home or professionally. Must have a passion for beer and be willing to work hard. Must be able to lift 55lbs grain bags. Contact [email protected] with resumes.
