Louie came to us from Texas, rescued by Secondhand Hounds 5 years ago. When he first arrived, he was uncertain of people and most things. He is now a confident dog that is thriving. He has really embraced his role as CuddleMutt’s Chief Dog Officer, however, he’s ready for retirement.
