I've been a boost mobile customer for years now. Up until now I've been okay. Today, boost made me hate them. Had to travel 50 miles round trip just to buy an over priced sim card that should of been shipped with the phone I purchased. All to find out the phone I purchased didn't work. They gave me a $10 credit for having to travel so much for the sim they said would only cost me $10. Screw you boost. As soon as my credit runs out, I'm switching to a reputable company like T-Mobile. At least they are honest.
Boost has lost all my trust. Boost has driven itself into the ground as a pathetic low level company. I won't even start on the fact that the customer service people can't speak English, you can't hear them and they hide behind scripts. I asked to escalate to a supervisor and was denied. I have asked to escalate my complaint, it will take days before they might call me back. YOU Suck Boost Mobile. The worst phone buying experience I've had in years. Who lies to your ear and tells you when your buying a 5G phone, that the phone your buying comes with a SIM card. Phone shows up with out a SIM card. Phone shows up with out a wall charger. Got jacked around and for 40 minutes with customer services with excuses and a company hiding behind stupid small rules they can screw you with.

Say goodbye to a long time customer.
