We sat down with Wendell Arneson, local Northfield artist, for a conversation about many of the things he draws inspiration from - one of the most important being his career in teaching. Wendell attributes the start and evolution of his art journey to his time spent as a teacher. He says, “What I do today is still grounded in what I did then [as a teacher].” May is Teacher Appreciation Month, so there’s no better time to recognize the amazing work that educators do every single day.
