Every year during the state fair we close for repairs and cleaning. This year we are closed Sunday at 3 pm the 25th until 3 pm Thursday the 29th. We will be doing some major work in our beer cooler and need all the beer gone!

All tap beer 4.00 the week of August 19th- 25th.

With spinach, soybeans, seaweed-carrot salad, cloud ear mushrooms, sesame togarashi, wasabi aioli, and peanut chili crisp.

We're Minne-Melange, a brand-new variety show in the Twin Cities. Each month, we're bringing you a taste of our amazingly talented performing arts scene. You might see stand-up, improv comedy, singing, dancing, spoken-word poetry, and many other spectacular acts.

Beef and cheese quesadillas with roasted peppers, onions and garlic. Served with warm birria beef dipping sauce, avocado salsa, and cilantro lime roasted potatoes.

Starts at 6pm. Choose either the meat or veggie option, 2 select beers each or a bottle of wine to share, each person gets a FREE game of bowling.

Chilaquiles

Corn chips tossed in a chipotle salsa with 2 eggs over easy, peppers onions cilantro, queso fresco, and habanero crema.

Seared ahi tuna, wasabi aioli. Farro pilaf with sesame ginger dressing.

Veggie option: seared cauliflower cutlets with togarashi spice blend.

Beef or Black bean sopes.
Masa cups stuffed with barbacoa beef or refried beans with some cilantro-lime slaw, goat cheese, and salsa verde and rojo.

Date night includes these 2 entrees, plus 2 beers each, a bottle of wine to share, or some sodas. Plus a FREE game of bowling each.

This might be our favorite part of the album. The songs are pretty good too.
