The Run Minnesota Summer Training Program is designed to help you stay consistent through the busiest part of the season with coaching, structure, and a community that keeps showing up together. Whether you are preparing for your first half marathon, building toward the Twin Cities Marathon, or simply trying to stay accountable this summer, this program gives you the support to train with purpose. With twice-weekly group runs, tailored plans, educational workshops, water stops, pacing support, and access to coaches, everything is built to help you feel confident heading into fall racing.

The Summer Fitness Check is designed to give you simple, useful feedback before the heart of summer racing begins. Test yourself in the Mile, 800m, 2 Mile, or finish the evening with a fun 4x400m relay. Whether you are competitive or just curious where your fitness is today, this is a welcoming environment to challenge yourself and connect with other runners.
