Finally made scrambled brisket cheesy eggs with some leftover brisket from 🤤•

Dinner for the past two days has been slow cooked pulled pork and it’s 🤤•

Did a 4.5 lb pork shoulder in the slow cooker for 8 hours on Sunday. Slow and low and seasoned with and Cajun spice rub.•
