More yard is always a good thing right?! Brought in some rocks and gave this awesome home owner something new to look out at each morning. A new shore line, multiple boulder walls, patios, and fire areas add character to this beautiful Lake Orchard home.

We've been busy on Orchard Lake this summer! Low water levels make this the perfect time to spruce up your lakeshore to prevent erosion and improve aesthetics. Here are two recent projects...

It's been a busy season building boulder walls, redesigning lakeshore, and creating beautiful ponds all over the south metro. We've also been doing other equally important (just not as exciting) work installing septic systems. We have nearly 30 years of experience installing septic systems in just about every scenario you can imagine. We can also help with emergency septic repair.

JC Hallet Construction specializes in boulder walls and lakeshore projects, too. Check out our latest revamp on Orchard Lake. We removed the aging railroad-tie retaining wall and installed a boulder wall with new granite steps that go all the way into the lake. We also fixed the shoreline that had buckled due to ice heave and installed rip-rap to prevent future ice/erosion issues. We'll be back to install a paver patio and putting green soon. Stay tuned!

It's patio season! We just completed this transformation from tired, old deck to fresh & open paver patio! We also capped off the window wells to blend in with the overall look. Braith Mobile Welding came in behind us and custom-made these beautiful and functional window well covers. Details matter. We love a happy customer!

This work in progress has been a labor of love. This future "adult playground" will include a boardwalk with tiki bar, sand volleyball court, and island putting green. We've come a long way...stay tuned!
