Installed a new garage apron and sidewalk today in Chanhassen 6-11-2025

We poured Mary's 30' X 15' patio in Chaska today, Monday 5-2-2025. Josiah and Chris washing up equipment. Very hot day.

We just poured this Patio with a deck overhead on May 13, 2025. We also did the footings and block work for the 4 season porch and 2 story addition.

This is from the year 2000. Two faithful works that have help me do quality work over the years.

New coating on a worn out step surface.

Just finished up 12-10-2025 installation of footings and foundation block. Next will be to pour floor after back-fill next week.

We blocked in a window for the home owner who didn't want it anymore. We could also put glass block in also as a alternative.

Monyok Construction can do small commercial jobs also. The city of Chaska was getting behind on their work load so they hired on our business to do some curbs for some residents so they could get get there new driveways in before winter.

We were asked to put in a shed pad and repair a large hole in garage foundation. We had to put in about 4 tons of gravel to raise the pad up high enough.

Finished today replacement of a 3 riser stoop and sidewalk for Tom & Deb in Shakopee. 8-22-2024
