Sometimes you have to go back to your roots and remember where it all started.
This was one of the first items I recall grilling and was a staple in college life when friends/neighbors came over. Just burn them up a bit on the gasser and slap them on a bun that was more expensive than the actual meat.
Will make it up to the family tomorrow with a bit of surf and turf.

Good luck to all our friends who made the trip to Tennessee to compete this weekend. James will be cooking chicken and trying some new ideas for Big Racks Barbecue tonight.
