Welcome summer with our Saturday morning class: Yin Yoga + Chai. This yin yoga session includes gentle sequences of long-held floor poses that target deep connective tissues and fascia, which enhance flexibility while the body and mind unwind, release, and reconnect.

Du-20 Baihui 百会 translates to "Hundred Meetings" or "Hundred Convergences." The name reflects the point's location at the vertex or crown of the head, which is the meeting point of all the yang qi of the body.

In TCM, generally, the lower portions of the body are considered yin, and the upper portions are considered more yang. Since Du-20 is located at the highest or most yang point of the body, it has a profound effect on regulating yang.
