I feel like I’ve rebranded 1000 times. But, a couple of years ago, I had a past library co-worker who was and IS a talented artist draw…me! The Library Bae 💕 I’d gotten ready to redo my logo and life took over.

Life is still happening. Very quickly. But, I’m glad that I’m finally able to use my little, illustrated me! Thanks, for my little 💖

The audiobook production on this book is *chef’s kiss* 💋🤌🏾

I haven’t even finished the book yet but I’m STUCK TO IT. If Carrie were about a biracial high schooler with a hidden past, this book would be it. Matter of fact, this book IS IT.

I need the movie. TUH DAY. 🩸🩸🩸

Happy everyone! 🙌🏾

I’ve been taking the time to listen to/ read more adult fiction by . Admittedly, I stick more to or , but I’m elated about reading more genres with works by black writers.

The Underground Railroad by hasn’t been the easiest read/listen (I’m listening to the audiobook), but I’m glad that I’m taking the time to remember our ancestors and learn their stories through this powerful book.
