Zeke began his F45 journey in the fall of 2024. He stuck with F45 because of the great location, welcoming community & because he doesn’t have to come up with a workout plan! lol 😉
“The ability to show up and not have to think about everything you’re going to do & just focus on the workout is incredible.!”😅
Zeke’s goal inside the gym is to watch his weight & stay healthy! 🍇🥬
Outside of the gym Zeke works at GE Healthcare on CT scanners.🤓 Zeke & his wife have been living in mke for five years after moving from Boston & Albuquerque! They love to play board games, crochet, & their kitty Gordy 🐈‍⬛ 🧶
