We're proud to welcome Rick Prier as our new Director of Strategic Alliances!

After a 26-year career as a military logistician, culminating in his role as Lieutenant Colonel with the Army’s Command Assessment Program (CAP), Rick joins our team to strengthen partnerships and enhance our strategic initiatives. His journey with S3 began through the DoD SkillBridge Program, and we are thrilled to have him onboard.

Rick shares: “True success comes from valuing people and their unique perspectives. I look forward to building relationships across the S3 team and with our partners.”

Military service is a family tradition for Rick—his son Joseph served as the crew chief on Rick’s final military flight, marking a meaningful milestone in their shared service to the US.
