This week...
"I accept that owning my needs isn't selfish." 👏
When you prioritize yourself, you're taking care of yourself.
This week, notice your needs by writing them down in a list. Organize your list by dividing it in 3 columns:
✨PHYSICAL
✨EMOTIONAL
✨MENTAL
Find small ways every day to address at least one of the items in each column on your list.

We know this week can be a lot, so be kind to yourself today. If you’re extra irritated with that thing, it might be your cue that burnout is creepin’ in.
🔥 Burnout doesn't just come out of nowhere—it's a slow build, which means you can spot it along the way.
Today, learn the symptoms that lead to burnout (Ex. irritation with people you love or constant exhaustion). Give yourself time to pinpoint whether or not you're experiencing these—and think of small ways you can address them before you reach total burnout.
We're one week from Christmas and you’re putting in the work, it’s OK to own it with a *power brag.* Channel Megan Rapinoe & tell yourself: ‘I deserve this!’
When was the last time you took pride in your efforts? It's easy to downplay your successes (big or small!), but there's strength in acknowledging all the work *you've* done, too. 👏
Today, tap into Megan Rapinoe's World Cup parade moment ⚽ and belt out an 'I deserve this!' to feel a boost of power.
✨ Unapologetically honor *your* efforts. ✨
😄 You deserve to feel joy this week, and it can come from tiny delights adding up. Can you spot 3 small joys today?
A surprising thing about happiness: It's powered by a lot of small moments of delight instead of one giant moment—and those mini bursts of delight 💥 are called your 'joy frequency.'
Today, build up your frequency by creating a chain of positive moments. Ex. Feel good reading a book? Try calling a friend next! Then use that mug with the cheesy pun on it!
Stack your day with small joy boosts. 🤗
Do you have any goals for December? Share below!
I'll share mine now: I've been working on building muscle (which means eating more food) and I've gained a little bit fat along the way, which is to be expected. But, it still makes me uncomfortable. For the month of December, I'm going to stick to my goal of building muscle, and focus on the capabilities of my body and appreciate it for all that it does for me!
Compliment someone today. Not only is it an easy way to make someone smile, but you just may encourage that person to do the same for someone else.

Thanksgiving can sometimes be pretty stressful for those of us that have health and wellness goals. Remember - happiness and relaxation are a big part of your wellness. Take time today to just relax, be graceful with yourself, and find a way to bring some peace into your life! Happy Thanksgiving!

What are you giving thanks for tomorrow? Let us know below!
It may be a bumpy road, but at least it's leading somewhere....
Worried about what you are going to do at thanksgiving when you come across mashed potatoes with a small swimming pool of butter in them, or the gooey-est mac and cheese, or that coveted dressing?
Well... same. 😂
But, I've got a plan! I love eating salads, so why not bring one to pass! To make it festive, I'm going with a base of radicchio (just your normal spring mix is fine too), with toppings of roasted butternut squash, toasted pecans, dried cherries, chives, and a simple vinaigrette. I'll likely bring some salty cheese that can be sprinkled on top if people choose.
Either way, you've got the chance to bring something healthy, festive, and delicious that you will be able to turn to instead ladling gravy into your mouth.
