The problem was that one of my children needed to be in 40 hours a week on in-home therapy that required an adult to be present, my mother went into the hospital, I lost my job, my dad and step-dad had heart attacks, and both my dogs died. Which meant suddenly there was no way that I could just exist through life, so I had to make a radical change, which meant there was literally no way I could go back my old life.

Then, as if by chance, something amazing happened...

That's when I had a brainstorm all about designing my life to reflect my desired reality instead of just existing through each day!

It was now crystal clear to me how to design the lifestyle I needed to live to start and keep growing no matter what , because I saw I could design my own unique path to being a great mother and have a career, all while still taking care of myself.

I also learned that I didn't have to do it all alone, you need to allow others to help instead.

As a result I developed the PressPlay Lifestyle™ process and used it to redesign my life.

After I did that, I started living my life with intention for the first time ever.

Suddenly, I was enjoying my children and their unique qualities and seeing other opportunities to success in my career.

That’s when I realized that the secret to do it all perfectly without any help from anyone was intentionally living by design.

My plan was to start the discovery process in the PressPlay Lifestyle™ so I could actually discover who I wanted to be and how I wanted to show up.

So I started brainstorming what my personal mission, vision, values, and goals were. But we didn’t stop there.

We then designing a blueprint for how I wanted to fulfill those goals.

After that, we I started implementing the habit change that I needed to live my designed life.

But there was still a problem...

I had not thought about how I wanted to show up in the world since I was a child. Some of the goals that I thought I had for myself weren't relevant any longer. Some of the things I thought I wanted didn't turn out to be as important to me anymore. I kept trying out things until they felt like they really did authentically represent me.

We ended up getting so frustrated that we decided to kill the perfectionist side of the old me and keep what worked and tossed what didn't and then share this new me with the world.

We chose to call it “PressPlay Lifestyle™ ”.

We thought if we could create something that would make it possible to create your own designed life instead of just existing inside a life you didn't consciously create, we’d be really happy.

After over 2 years of pursuing several coaching certifications and spending every penny I had on creating what I thought was the right technology solution to enable the PressPlay Lifestyle™ , we created PressPlay Lifestyle™ .

I can now provide the support other working mothers need in only an hour a week for 12 weeks what took me over 30 years to figure out alone.

We then started to let other Working mothers use PressPlay Lifestyle™ .

As a result of all this we were able to achieve the following:

Within just 12 weeks we've been able to help other working mothers live the life they deserve, the life they designed, with the help and support of others that have walked their path - because no one should have to do it alone.

After creating PressPlay Lifestyle™ , I was not only able to be a full-time mom and have a successful career, all while taking out a little time for myself once in awhile and achieving an intentional harmony in my life that never existed before , I’ve also been able to stop spending so much time trying to make things perfect , because we can now I focus on what matters and not what doesn't.

And in the end, all of this means I’m now able to be with my kids, never miss any important events, earn a living, and spend some time by myself once in awhile reading a book.
