Join us for free Tai Chi and Qigong classes every Monday in September from 6-7pm at Polonia Peace Park, 1100 W. Montana Street, Milwaukee, WI 53215. This series will focus on joint health and arthritis relief. Class can be practiced standing or seated. Wear sneakers or bring a chair.
