Kevin McNamara is a steady presence, hardworking, focused, and always willing to share his perspective when it matters. And Zak Kvasnica is known for his technical expertise, leadership during construction, and ability to keep complex work on track.

Anna Mortenson, Grace Gallagher, Noah Borski and Taylor Duerr joined EUA as interns five years ago. Since then, each has grown their role and made an impact across the firm.

Today, they reflect on their experiences and what’s shaped their careers along the way. Anna shares what continues to motivate her, Grace discusses how her role has evolved, Taylor offers advice from her journey to becoming an architect, and Noah highlights how his work has developed and the impact he’s most proud of.

When students can see learning in action, engagement follows. Across two recently completed high school renovations, EUA helped transform existing Innovation and STEAM spaces with increased transparency, supporting hands-on learning, collaboration, and real-world exploration.

From traditional shop classes to dynamic innovation hubs, the School District of Reedsburg and Pewaukee School District are redefining what career and technical education can look like in today’s high schools.
