Cream City Construction
We are a residential design/ build company with a passion for renovating older homes.
Your home is your space, a reflection of your style, and your place of comfort. With more than 50 years of experience in home remodeling and renovation in the Milwaukee area and throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, the Cream City Construction staff understands that each home design is as different as each individual we work with. We also understand the importance of paying attention to detail: learning about our clients, listening to their wishes, and stay on budget.

Cream City Construction project update. We are a couple of days into the demo stage. A bit of a mess but moving forward!
Many past alterations on this 1904 house on the Eastside of Milwaukeee.

Today marks the beginning of a fresh endeavor for Cream City Construction - tackling both the first and second floors.

Cream City Construction expanded a kitchen a few years ago and the Homeowners asked if we could design and build a kitchen table for a banquet we built originally. The table is made of Seiple wood. They wanted the table to be funky and fun. Can't wait till it gets finished. WE will circle back with photos once it is all done.
Many thanks to SAP Woodworking for making the table!

CCC wrapped up a kitchen refresh by painting the kitchen cabinets, adding a new island, all new countertops and undercabinet lighting. We also added a beautiful tile backsplash above the cook top brick arched niche and upper cabinets! SJE Muddawgs Tile & Stone completed the work and want to give a heartfelt shoutout to Silvio and the rest of the guys. It looks amazing!

Cream City Construction just finished up the fireplace for an amazing client. I want to thank Jeff from Precision Restoration for all his amazing work. Thanks Jeff!

Cream City Construction is installing a precast full fireplace surround.
Some of the stone was so heavy we need to install scaffolding and use an electric winch to raise part of the hearth to move up the exterior steps.
We installed it today and plan on installing the top cap of the hearth. More pics to comeā¦.
