Being a woman in a male-dominated industry means constantly proving that she belongs. It also means learning, growing, and challenging stereotypes. The more she learns, the more confident she becomes—and confidence is everything.

Earlier this week CSN Collision locations across Minnesota teamed up with Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of Minnesota , Minnesota to raise funds for the AASP-MN Automotive Education Fund. This fund helps provide financial resources to support automotive students, enhance automotive education programs, and raise awareness of the plentiful career opportunities within the industry.

A huge thank you to all the shops that were in attendance: Hopkins Auto Body, Bonfe's Auto Service, Phil's Body Shop, Collision Specialists Inc, Ed's Collision & Glass, Loretto Auto Body, Waconia 1 Collision Auto, Collision Centre 1 Prior Lake, Collision Center 1, and Superior Collision fir helping to make this event such a success. It is because of efforts like these that we're able to make the collision repair industry a little better every day!

What does it take to make the collision repair industry better today than it was yesterday?

That’s the question local shop owners explored at last week’s Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of Minnesota meet-up.

From customer service to capacity and performance, no topic was off-limits as shop owners shared insights, tackled industry challenges, and brainstormed ways to improve.

At the end of the day, success isn’t about pointing fingers—it’s about taking ownership, identifying growth opportunities, and making meaningful changes to drive the industry forward.
