Gong Sound Bath TONIGHT in Brookfield:
Friday, December 13 at 7PM.

Wear cozy clothes and bring your mat, a pillow, a blanket and anything else that helps you feel more comfortable.

This specialty class is not heated super hot, but it will be heated to comfortable temperature.

All you have to do is come in, lie down and enjoy the sound and energy vibrations of the gong.

It does not cost extra and is included in your membership or you can use a class package or a drop in to cover it.

Downtown Road closure right in front of the studio for the next several days.

If you are coming downtown for classes this week, please note that Commerce is closed from our studio until Humboldt. They are finally taking down the construction towers! Yay! It’s been a little over five years that those have been up in front of our studio and we have not had a proper sidewalk or landscaping or even our ADA required wheelchair access ramp to our business.

Please be patient and make sure to leave a little bit early when coming to the studio this week. The photo with green shows you where you are able to park.

We’re getting super excited to have the front of our building back!
