It looks like (hopefully!) spring weather is finally here! Today we spotted RAMPS popping up in the wine cap bed! 🌿🌼💧

The weather hasn’t stopped the mushrooms. Watching them grow inside has gotten us so excited for the upcoming foraging season!

The pink oysters here are a second flush. The small little mushrooms fruiting started as pins a few millimeters big. These guys decided they were not done!

Spritzing a few times a day, I measured the mushrooms in the photo at 11:09 pm last night, 4/5. Today, 4/6 at 12:07 pm, I measured again and wow! I would not look at this growth and guess it was a second flush.
