Risen Savior Lutheran School

Having some fun on a Monday at the main campus! Lots of green in the building today. We even had some mischievous leprechauns show up over the weekend in a couple rooms 😉 . Happy St. Patricks day one and all!

Yesterday we celebrated "Taste of Risen Savior." We'd like to thank all of the families that came to church yesterday to worship with us. What a wonderful opportunity for all of us. Also want to thank everyone that prepared food, it was awesome! Would also like to thank our dancers for the entertainment as well. With 279 in attendance yesterday, it was a very special Sunday indeed.

Ms. McBain, our 8th grade homeroom and 5-8 ELA teacher at the East Campus, welcomed Chloe Marie on February 23rd weighing 8 lbs. and measuring 20 inches.

Meet one of our newest Risen Savior Rams.

On February 1st, Ms. Alex, our Kitchen Manager at the Main Campus, gave birth to Dean Thomas Brunnquell. He made his appearance two weeks early. Despite his early arrival, he is a great size and weight at 7 lbs 10 oz and 21" long.

May God bless both Ms. Alex and Dean!

The Ram's basketball teams took home some hardware this season. Girl's B-team won consolation in their tournament, and the Boy's A Team won third place in their tournament. Well done Rams. Congratulations to our players and coaches on their success. Praise God from whom all blessings flow!

Sweet moments and even sweeter treats! 🍩💙 We had an amazing time at the East Campus celebrating Dads, uncles, grandpas, and the love of Jesus at our ‘Donuts with Dad’ event! Thank you to all the incredible men who make a difference in our lives.

We had some very special guests at the Main Campus on Friday. Students from Martin Luther College in New Ulm Minnesota were on hand to visit Risen Savior as they train to become future teachers in our elementary schools. Thank you for taking the time to make us feel special as a school and as a community of believers. God's blessings in your studies!

Due to the Winter Storm Warning and forecast of snow, Risen Savior will be CLOSED on Wednesday, February 12th.

Shout out to Wisconsin Lutheran High School football players who came to Main campus several Fridays ago to read to grades K5 - 2 grade. Our students thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you so much!

What an awesome week back from Christmas break! The East Campus dove right into working hard despite the cold temperatures outside!!

We had a door decorating contest at the Main Campus for Christmas. Most of the doors have the grade and teacher's name in the picture. If they don't, the doors pictured go in order from K4 to 8th grade. Which one is your favorite? Which one do you think is the best? Let us know in the comments.

Last week our K4 and K5 classrooms took a trip to the Betty Brin museum. Much fun was had by all!
