Just finished these two petite side tables.
They don’t go, but they could go?? Lol🌿

Beginnings for me on a piece, are always complicated 🤔
I think I know which direction I’m headed and then, we’ll I end up somewhere entirely different!
This started out as an amazing piece to begin with. Mahogany and a big bleeder. So she took some extra coats of primer.
But I love where she ended up 🌿

First we make the mess, then we fix the mess

My beautiful nephew got his birthday gift tonight so now I can show you all the final details of the little cabinet I did for him😀
My sister who is marvelously creative in her own right, added lights, beautiful glass wear, bar ware, terracotta pots for limes and lemons and of course alcohol 😀😀Make sure you guys scroll through all the pictures to the end!

This completely re-imagined Cavalier Cedar Hope Chest was definitely a labor of love.
Guy’s, she was dated and needed a revival.
Personally I love the way I ended up on this piece 💜
A soft one of a kind paint mix with floral raised stenciling on each side soft French scrips on the face of this chest and of course none of my pieces would be done without my signature hint (sometimes more than a hint) of copper metallic!
Chests like this can be used almost anywhere in your home.
And her cedar perfume is a beautiful thing🌿
