One of the easiest and most effective first steps to a healthier you is simply drinking more water.
The recommended H2O intake is as follows:
Women: ~11.5 cups
Men: ~15.5 cups
If you find yourself too busy that you forget to drink enough water during the day, you need to have a plan to make it easier.
-As soon as you wake up drink 8 ounces of water.
-Decaffeinated and herbal tea count toward your intake, so sip some tea for your morning beverage.
-You can also set an alarm on your phone or computer to go off every hour and drink 8 ounces each time it rings.
