Workout of the week!! Grab your heavy weights! 5 reps for 5 rounds with 30 sec-1 minute rest after each round.
If you don’t need a rest after each round, it’s not heavy enough!

Monday Reminder! I know you probably changed up your diet a little this weekend with Easter… You DID NOT gain 5lbs over the weekend. Focus on more protein, water and eating clean the next couple days and that 5lbs will be gone.
