We were thrilled to celebrate the groundbreaking of Beal Park’s new ExxonMobil Playground and Soccer Complex, with Matt Mathis representing our company as a keynote speaker.

These park improvements will enhance the lives and well-being of everyone in our community and provide a space for our growing soccer community.

This week, we celebrated the Monahans Chamber of Commerce's 72nd Annual Awards Banquet. Supporting economic development in Monahans and the Permian Basin is a critical way of strengthening the communities we proudly call home.

We were honored to join the Young Women's Leadership Academy of Midland in "A Celebration of Texas Women." These exceptional young women excelled academically and can proudly claim the title of the first graduating class in YWLA history.

Pancakes with a purpose!

Team ExxonMobil joined other volunteers at the griddle on Saturday to flip pancakes and support scholarships for Carlsbad students.

Congratulations to the Carlsbad Rotary Club on another successful – and impactful – Pancake Day.

This week, we were proud to share the positive impact of our industry with policymakers from across the state during Texas Energy Day.

Jonathan Johnson and Matt Mathis shared their knowledge and best practices for achieving a culture of safety at this month’s Permian Basin STEPS.

At ExxonMobil, our goal is to educate employees on the “how” and “why” needed to ensure everyone goes home safe at the end of each day. There’s never a job so important that it can’t be done safely!

We were recently honored to be recognized by the City of Midland for a contribution of 8,304 acres of right-of-way land to aid in development of infrastructure to northeast Midland. Additionally, we donated $1.7M for the development of the new Beal Park playground and soccer complex. We’re proud to be a part of this community and are excited to see how these changes benefit Midland for years to come.

ExxonMobil roped in their support of the Sandhills Stock Show & Rodeo as a sponsor and buyer of the Supreme Champion Steer – helping provide scholarships for this year’s contestants. Congrats to our participants, elementary through high school students from across Texas, and beneficiaries of this year’s scholarships.

2024 was filled with incredible success, excitement, and growth across our operations. We can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store!
