Toilet flange move. Now the owner can fit a normal size vanity in this bathroom.
A couple boards replaced just in time for a fresh coat of paint by Blackhurst Painting.
Office closet demo done, cleaned up, and additional 2 offices built. All on a Friday.
Ready for electricians.
First staircase in the books. Should be finished this week. We’ve got more pictures coming of this commercial remodel we’ve been working on the last 3 weeks. Should be wrapping up soon on our current slated projects. With more to come.
We did a thing today. One of the longest days driving. All the way to Canton Ohio and back. 10 hours on the road is enough.
Now our demo material will have a place to go instead of piled into the work trailer.
We will also be offering “dumpster” rentals. This is just over 14.5 cubic yards with the side walls installed. Pricing and availability coming soon.
A quick siding repair. Getting rid of some rotting wood and prep odor vinyl transformation.
We can even make your patio warmer, build a box for storage and put together those pesky trampolines for the kids. Enjoy your summer!
We had a quick one today. Light removal with hole patching. The 2000’s are gone and so are the head bumps on the pendants.
Thank you Brookcontracting for the commercial training today. Metal studs are quite interesting and much easier than I thought! Also got to use some new tools, which means I get to spend more 💵 💵 💵.
This is a huge step that seems to be coming our direction. If you’re interested in having your office remodeled let us know!
Thursday turned into a little bit of a mess. Flat tire on the truck which will be fixed this morning by Betten Baker GMC Buick. We also got new shoes on the trailer provided by Discount Tire.
And still was able to get some work done outside before the rain.
Skim coating some real bad walls. Two sets of stairs, foyer, and living room ceilings and walls. The mess is not for the faint of heart but the outcome is 100% worth it.
We are part of the big leagues now.
We appreciate all of our past and future customers. Word of mouth and references have got us to where we are today and they are still going strong.
This solidifies our presence in the area through this trusted organization.
Thank you all again. This is another step to checked off.
B-Dry system where?! This customer needed B-dry added to a portion of their basement. We originally came and took off the first 24” of drywall so the system could be installed. We waited a a month for dry time and came back to refinish the walls. The customer also wanted to keep the tile look by adding a border of new tile. Turned out nice and functional.
Garage without a firewall now has a firewall with exception of the temporary attic access. We will be adding an access in the house in the future. Fresh garage electrical with an added spot light camera. This customer also had a storm door updated as well as smart door knobs installed on their exterior doors.
A quick tub change out this week. If it weren’t for drywall dry time this could be done in a day.
Finished!! This was one of those “get it done before spring” jobs. Sounds great in the beginning. As time went on I think I’d rather had put it in the normal schedule to get it done. At least this one was done on a beautiful lake. So the scenery was nice.
This one was done with tiled stone floors and subway tile above the shower surround. Delta 400 tub with surround. New lighting/fan. New everything! Came out great!
Bathroom done! This is the third renovation for this customer. This was a complete gutjob. Everything new from the sub floor to the ceiling was replaced and updated.
Front porch is looking nice. Beautiful day yesterday working on this house. Completes the porch portion of this job. Small steps and siding replacement coming up next.
Existing cabinet with an almost 40 year old oven needed a little love and ingenuity to fit a brand new unit.
They lost a drawer in the process but gained a fully functioning oven.
Also got the youngsters into the action changing out a sink faucet and drain all by themselves. Moving up boys!
We’ve finished our end of things here at the Art Studio job. With a few headaches we managed to pull it off and the owner loves it. You know it’s good when the owner tears up.

Cabinetry by Case Systems Inc.
A very nice new solid maple mantle being stained. Couple coats of polyurethane to finish this off and while we are at it we will patch the wall boo-boos.
A little custom door work to hide the Furnace and makes for a great place to hang art work.
Drywall patch work behind the toilet and on the corner, right of the tub. With a nice fresh coat of paint to finish it off.
Here is a project for ya to look at.
This customer had an office/studio right next to the garage. So instead of coming directly into the kitchen from the garage they wanted to come into the office room. Make it a main floor laundry room/mud room. We took out an existing slider door that entered the office and made it a permanent open walk way and added a slider door and wall to close off the laundry area. We then also added a pantry where the existing garage entry was located. Project turned out nice. Owners are going to put their own finishing touches on themselves.
Ya know, when you finish a job and you always forget to take a picture.
Here are some “during job” photos 🤦🏻♂️ of a floor we did for clients of Designs By Karen. This flooring is carried by Designs By Karen and I 100% recommend this product. The ease of install and thickness of material is top notch. I’ll be trying to get all my LVT/LVP customers to look at this product.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. From our family to yours.
It’s official, not a bad Christmas present.
Demo Day tomorrow is final clean up for the next stages. More to come!!
Should be a little nicer than a shower curtain.
I got a picture at the right time finally. Before and after of a front door replacement. Out with the old wood doors and in with the new fiberglass doors.
Ceiling tile update completed. No more finicky fluorescent light bulbs and all the tiles match now.
Feeling a little claustrophobic this holiday season???
Take down a wall! Now the dinning table can fit everyone and some.
Should be finished up Monday.
