Run to Omega Pizza Middleton as soon as you can. First time beefing there today and it was extraordinary. I don't use that superlative lightly. They clearly have been taking notes and perfecting their craft quietly while all of us have been racing to the top beef spots. They should be in the running for king next year, for real.

Jr 3-way w/🐎

TOB: 12:00pm
TIB: None, ate in and was given the royal treatment
FPW: Super fresh, pink through and through, and mostly warm. This is the only area for improvement I could find. No cold spots, just more room temp than it should've been.
FOB: Delicious. Don't know what they're doing but it fu***ng slaps.
NGB: One of the best I've ever had. It held up for a solid 10 minutes while I made my way through this beef and wrangled my toddler. I ordered a potato bun but pretty sure they gave it to me on a pretzel bun and boy, is that the move. Tasty...added some texture and sweetness...stayed crispy.....perfection.
B2B: Generous for a junior but not overkill glamour beef style. I appreciate when a shop knows enough is enough.
NC: 6 or 7. The horseradish sauce made it the best kind of messy.
WAGL: Wicked nice Greek/Albanian son actually. Met the parents (owners) as well who are the epitome of class. These folks serve their beefs on porcelain plates, and even brought my friend's kid and mine some PlayDoh and puppet toys so we could eat with relative peace. Never seen this kind of hospitality at a pizza and beef shop. Major respect.

Calling it now that Omega is about to skyrocket in the Beef Madness bracket if more people give them a shot. Best beef experience I've had, and may even unseat Pete's for me.
