HIRING IMMEDIATELY

REQUIREMENTS:

-CDL class A

-2 years minimum over the road driving

-1 year minimum flat deck experience

-Ability to secure a wide range of loads safely without damaging product or equipment.

-Take on shifts from 5 days (Monday-Fri) to 12 days (Mon to Next Fri) as required

-Pass drug test and willing to be enrolled in a random consortium

-Possess TWIC card (or willing to acquire one; needed for military and port runs)

-Possess current DOT medical card

-No DUIs in the past 5 years

-No major traffic/moving incidents in the last 2 years

-Can read, write, and speak the English language fluently

JOB TASKS:

-Reading emails to determine locations of pick ups and drops

-Safely navigating to and from destinations using truck legal routes and planning routes accordingly (avoiding tight turns, neighborhoods, and other places normal maps don't)

-Secure wide range of loads including vehicles to be transported per DOT standards

-Perform simple maintenance of vehicle and trailer (bulb replacement, tire changing, etc...)

-Keep up with all business receipts to be turned in weekly

-Comply with hours of service using a supplied ELD device

-Comply with fuel tax documentation (IFTA) by saving all fuel receipts

-Keeping vehicle serviced at dealerships when needed (oil changes, fuel filters, tires,etc..)

-Keeping a clean and presentable self and equipment

-Comply with PPE requirements at some sites (hard hat, safety vest, jeans, steel toe boots)

-Keeping communication with dispatchers on routes

-Keeping vehicle safe during off time (not left in unsafe or unattended areas)

EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED:

-Truck #2 (ready for driver)

-2019 Ram 3500 Mega cab 4x4 diesel

-40' Air ride trailer with 10' spread axle (front axle is a lift axle)

-All securement equipment needed to perform various jobs

-Tarps and bungies

-Aux fuel tank in bed

-Tools for simple service or repairs

-Compressor for tires

-All items for DOT compliance

-Company Phone (handles emails, ELD, calls to and from clients, brokers, dispatch, etc..., not for personal use, but can be used for anything business related)

-Company fuel card (Driver keeps all of the points for their own use as they see fit)

-Company credit card (any purchases needed for the job: oil changes, tires, maintenance, fuel if the fuel card is not accepted, etc...)

-Back seats convert into bed

-12v cooler for meals, snacks, drinks

-Prepass Elite (bypasses most weight stations and toll roads)

BENEFITS:

-Travel to home base covered by company

-Paid on site training at home base (training)

-Paid 2 to 3 week over the road training with another driver (training)

-26% of gross during 90 day probation (begins after training completes)

-1% increase after passing 90 day probation and after every 90 days until 30% is reached

-1 free night, in a hotel that we book, for every weekend spent on the road and not at home

-Flexible off time when needed
