Our Story
Teluna is a unique brand featuring a collection of hand painted textiles and paper goods. “Teluna” was created from the words “tela,” meaning textiles, fabric and “una” meaning one. These words together represent the idea behind Teluna: bringing people together through design.
I started my career in graphic design and after multiple painting requests from friends I realized I could turn my love of design into my own brand. Fast forward a few years later and Teluna is now a full line of hand-crafted products including greeting cards, art prints, clutches and home goods.
All of our designs are inspired by nature, travel, and geometry; made for the lovers of meaningful design. Each item starts with an original painting layered with hand lettering and illustrations. Designs are then digitally printed in the U.S. with environmentally-friendly inks onto heavy card stock or 100% natural heavy cotton. Every item is created and assembled with love and attention to detail in my plant-filled studio in Arlington, VA. While this hand made process takes much longer, a lot more care goes into every piece.
