I lead by mastering my mind first.
I don’t let negative thoughts live inside of me
I replace them with strong, intentional beliefs.
I lead by controlling my words.
I pause before I speak, and I make sure what I say builds people, not breaks them.
I correct in private and I praise in public.
I speak to people’s potential so they can see more in themselves.
I stay consistent.
My team knows who I am every day not based on my mood, but based on my standards.
I say the hard things when needed, but with respect.
I lead with strength and care at the same time.
Most importantly, I lead myself first;
because the way I think and the way I speak determines everything I build.

90% of people who get rich still don’t get wealthy… let that sink in.
Perspective 🤍
I didn’t choose this path because it was easy.
I chose it because something in me refused to ignore the call.
I’ve always been intuitive. I know things before they make sense.
That’s what happened when I decided to go all in into the financial space.
I stepped into the insurance not just to make money.
but to build protection, legacy, and freedom; for myself and for others.
Sometimes you don’t need all the answers.
You just need the courage to follow what God wants for you.
