Travel doesn’t need to be your career - but it is an INCREDIBLY valuable tool in helping you understand what you want your life to look like

Not because you have to book the greatest adventure of your life with to roadtrip through Namibia and Botswana (although that would be the best option)

But because it puts you in a completely new environment

One that challenges you to understand yourself better

The best way to get to know yourself, is to leave everything you know

Take as much PTO as you have and fly as far as you can

Know your lane

Not everyone who makes content absolutely loves it.

The same way you probably don’t love sending emails.

There’s always going to be parts of our work we don’t enjoy.

The goal is not to look for a career that’s perfect - it’s to find one that’s mission is deeply important to you, that lines up with your desired lifestyle.

In 2026, a lot of those options involve content creation as a form of marketing.

Same as we all communicate via email.

Back in the day, it was flyers and hand written letters.

Today, the rules have changed.

Content holds more potential than just marketing - but for some, that’s all that’s required.

Understand the nature of whatever career you’re looking to get into, and decide whether you’re willing to play ball.
