🚨 COBB COUNTY PULLS THE BLUEST EYE FROM SCHOOL LIBRARIES……..AND SOME ARE MAD

Cobb County Schools is catching heat after removing Toni Morrison’s The Bluest Eye from middle and high school libraries. As of September 18, 2026, Cobb County Schools had removed 37 books from its school libraries in total. The Bluest Eye was the 37th title removed and the first book Cobb removed in this year. The district’s broader removal process began in 2023

The district says the book contains material it considers inappropriate for students, including graphic sexual assault, in**st, violence, and the r**e of an 11-year-old girl by her father. Superintendent Chris Ragsdale said the decision followed a review of passages deemed sexually explicit.

Of course, critics immediately started screaming censorship and arguing that the book is important because it deals with racism, trauma, poverty, and Black culture.

Here’s the inconvenient part.

It is still a work of fiction. A novel can explore real history without every scene becoming historical evidence. And yes, and we’re pretty sure this fictional story hasn’t been exaggerated, dramatized, or shaped events to drive a message at all. 🙄 Apparently putting “important literature” on the cover now turns fiction into a sworn affidavit.

That still doesn’t answer the bigger question:

Why does a school library need to provide minors with graphic in**st and child-r**e material in the first place?

And the better question is, why are so many adults, some of whom don’t even have children attending these schools, so hell-bent on fighting the removal of this material?

At what point did keeping sexually explicit content away from minors become controversial?

Call it censorship. Call it literature. Call it “educational value.” Dress it up with every polished label you can find. The material on the page does not magically become less graphic because someone slapped a literary award on the cover.

Adults are free to buy it, read it, worship it, write essays about it, and clutch their pearls over its removal. But watching grown adults act like a school library has some sacred duty to hand minors books containing in**st and child r**e is bizarre.

Apparently the new gold standard for “protecting education” is fighting tooth and nail to keep sexually explicit material on a school shelf. What a hill to plant your flag on. Maybe you need to be the one exposed!? 🤔

🚨 NOLAN WELLS CASE ENDS WITH NO CHARGES: AFTER MONTHS OF RUMORS, THE GRAND JURY FOUND NO CRIME

JACKSON COUNTY, MS | After months of accusations, viral theories, racial narratives, threats, harassment and internet detectives confidently telling the country what “really happened,” the actual evidence has finally had its day.

And it didn’t support the story many people spent months selling.

A Jackson County grand jury unanimously returned a NO TRUE BILL in the death of 18-year-old Nolan Wells, meaning no one will be indicted based on the evidence presented.

This wasn’t some five-minute review.

The investigation involved 132 subpoenas, testimony from 43 witnesses, cellphone forensics, GPS information, security footage, videos, physical evidence and investigative reports.

The conclusion?

No credible evidence of criminal conduct.
No evidence the death was racially motivated.
No evidence of the alleged physical altercation.
Multiple viral claims contradicted by the investigation.

Even the Wells family’s investigative team reported having no witness or evidence of criminal activity to refer to prosecutors.

In other words…The grand jury found no credible evidence that anyone traveling to or from Horn Island committed a crime connected to Wells’ death.

That should embarrass a lot of people.

Instead of waiting for evidence, they picked a narrative and tried to force the facts into it. Rumors became “truth.” Accusations became guilt. Anyone questioning the story became the enemy and were immediately titled racist, fascist, bigot and all those other watered down words that have little to no meaning.

And after all that noise?

The evidence didn’t back them up.

Nolan Wells deserved an investigation, not to have his death turned into ammunition for somebody else’s false agenda.

If credible new evidence emerges, the matter can legally be presented again. But based on what was actually investigated and presented, there will be no indictment.

The outrage machine got its clicks.

The grifters got their attention.

Everyone else got another lesson in why accusations aren’t evidence.

The nation became more fatigued.

UPDATE: Initial reports described multiple shots, which immediately made people ask questions. Then it was said it was an accident. Now, sources are saying it may have been intentional.

With another shooting just last weekend and everything else happening around Carrollton lately, people are understandably on edge. There’s a lot of conflicting information flying around right now, so we’ll update the story as soon as more verified details come in.

🚨 BACK-TO-BACK SHOOTINGS IN CARROLLTON:

CARROLLTON, GA | Less than a week after a deadly shooting at Magnolia Lakes Apartments, Carrollton was dealing with reports of another shooting Saturday night.

According to publicly available dispatch traffic from around 9:40 p.m. on September 19, emergency crews responded to the Central High Road area near Home Depot for reports of a man suffering from gunshot wounds.

Dispatch information indicated the man had reportedly been shot twice, became unconscious, and at one point was reported to have stopped breathing.

As of Sunday morning, authorities had not publicly released the victim’s identity, condition, suspect information, or a motive. Because the details currently come from dispatch traffic, some information remains preliminary.

What is not preliminary is this: Carrollton just dealt with a fatal shooting six days ago. Now we’re talking about another man possibly being shot twice.

On September 13, 24-year-old Malachi Manjuan Smith was shot at Magnolia Lakes Apartments and later died. Police arrested 28-year-old Matthew DeAndre Durrett, who was charged with murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Now, before people have even had time to process that shooting, emergency crews are responding to another possible shooting.

🚨 27-YEAR-OLD KILLED JUST AFTER ARRIVING FOR WORK AT NORFOLK SOUTHERN FACILITY

AUSTELL, GA | Another young man is dead. Another family is getting the phone call nobody should ever receive. And once again, somebody apparently decided a disagreement, grudge, or whatever pathetic excuse eventually comes out of this case was worth ending a life over.

Authorities have identified the victim in Monday night’s deadly shooting at the Norfolk Southern intermodal facility in Austell as 27-year-old Cordravious Clark.

According to witness accounts, Clark had just arrived for his 10 p.m. shift and was getting out of a family member’s truck in the employee parking lot when three men reportedly exited another vehicle and opened fire.

Because apparently showing up to work and trying to earn a paycheck now requires checking the parking lot for a firing squad.

Clark was rushed to Wellstar Cobb Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Police and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation spent hours processing the employee parking area overnight. Atlanta News First reports the GBI is leading the investigation.

Clark had reportedly only been working at the facility for about a month.

Twenty-seven years old.

A new job.

Dropped off for another night of work.

And now he’s dead.

Authorities have not released descriptions of the suspects, a make or model of the vehicle they fled in, a motive, or announced any arrests.

Investigators also have not officially said whether Clark was specifically targeted.

But let’s use the tiny bit of common sense society still has left.

If witnesses are correct, three men were sitting in another vehicle, got out when Clark arrived, fired at him, got back in, and fled.

That certainly doesn’t sound like somebody accidentally wandered into the wrong parking space.

Whether they were waiting specifically for Clark is now one of the biggest questions investigators need to answer.

And hopefully they answer it quickly, because three people reportedly participated in a shooting at a major rail facility and, as of now, they’re still out there.

Another young man gone.

Another mother, father, sibling, friend, or loved one left planning a funeral instead of planning the rest of his life.

Another increase in the fatigue level.

Whatever problem led to this, if investigators determine this was intentional, congratulations to whoever pulled that trigger. You managed to turn one life into a homicide victim and potentially your own into a prison number.

Hell of an accomplishment.

🚨 CARROLLTON MAN CHARGED WITH MURDER AFTER FATAL APARTMENT SHOOTING

CARROLLTON, GA A 28-year-old man is facing murder charges after a shooting Sunday night at Magnolia Lakes Apartments left a 24-year-old man dead.

Carrollton Police responded to 717 Burns Road around 8:22 p.m. after receiving reports of gunfire and an injured person.

When officers arrived, they found 24-year-old Malachi Manjuan Smith outside Building 4 suffering from a gunshot wound.

Smith was transported to Tanner Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.

Police say 28-year-old Matthew DeAndre Durrett approached officers at the scene and identified himself as the shooter.

And then came the familiar explanation.

Durrett reportedly told investigators he fired in self-defense.

There is just one rather important problem with that claim.

Investigators say they have found no evidence that Smith pulled a weapon during the confrontation.

So, according to police, an argument took place, a 24-year-old man ended up dead, and the self-defense explanation currently comes without evidence that the victim ever produced a weapon.

Convenient.

Durrett has now been charged with:

• Murder
• Possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony

Police have not released additional details about what started the argument, and the investigation remains active.

A young man is dead. Another man is sitting behind bars facing a murder charge. Whatever disagreement happened beforehand, this is where it ended.

Absolutely senseless.

🚨 UPDATE: BODY FOUND NEAR OLD TEMPLE ROAD

New details have been released in the investigation into the deceased man found near Old Temple Road in Haralson County Monday morning.

According to HCSO Captain Donnie Mapp, investigators are still working with the coroner’s office to notify the man’s family.

The deceased is described as a white male in his 30s and a Haralson County resident.

Mapp says the preliminary investigation indicates the man appears to have been injured by a moving train.

Authorities have not yet publicly released the man’s identity.

🚨 SILENT PROTEST TARGETS DOUGLAS COUNTY CORONER’S OFFICE

About 25 protesters took part Friday in the Restoring Justice Silent Stand, calling attention to what they describe as corruption, unanswered questions, and mishandled cases connected to the Douglas County Coroner’s Office.

The stand included stops at the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, Douglas County Coroner’s Office, Douglas County Courthouse, Atlanta City Council, Georgia State Capitol, and Gov. Brian Kemp’s Office.

Organizer LA Pink said the event was meant to give families a voice after they say concerns surrounding their loved ones’ cases were ignored.

For months, The Exposure has been digging into allegations surrounding the Coroner’s Office, including records, payroll, credentials, spending, and death investigations.
