🚧 Common BIM mistake: duplicating walls between ARCH and STR files.

This happens when both disciplines model the same wall — and the results are costly:
❌ Clashes with slabs/beams
❌ Wrong quantities
❌ Coordination issues in federated models

At RAE BIM Solutions, we solve this with a clean ISO 19650-based workflow:

✅ Structural model (STR) holds the **core wall** with real material (CMU or concrete)
✅ Architecture model (ARQ) **copies/monitors** that core as *core air* wall
✅ Wall finishes are modeled independently, with controlled heights and proper detailing

📐 Why? Because multilayer walls often fail when it comes to:
– Controlling finish heights
– Waterproofing transitions
– Quantity takeoff per discipline
– Separating design intent from construction logic

This system gives you true coordination, clarity, and buildability.
