Founder’s flights between Poland and Türkiye may seem like a small detail, but they reflect Zoolatech’s truly global operating model.

Last week, founders Roman Kaplun and Denis Rogov, straight after meeting in Warsaw, met with the team in our Türkiye office for an all-hands session focused on strategic alignment, growth pace, and the principles that must remain constant as we scale. Türkiye has become a key pillar of Zoolatech’s global delivery organization. The team continues to grow rapidly, taking on increased responsibility and contributing at a higher level across engagements.

As we expand, we remain anchored in the fundamentals: strong engineering standards, disciplined delivery, and a people-first culture that enables speed without sacrificing quality.
This consistency is what allows us to build sustainably for the long term.

At Zoolatech, we believe technology creates real value when it expands opportunities for people.

Together with the charity organization Magic of Kindness and the Academy of Labor, Social Relations and Tourism, we are proud to support the creation of — a new educational hub designed to provide free modern education for veterans and teenagers from socially vulnerable communities.

Digital Academy will offer:

- Digital literacy courses
- Basics of graphic design
- Practical workshops aligned with today’s job market needs

The space is currently being prepared at the Academy’s location in Kyiv. As part of this initiative, Zoolatech donated furniture and equipment to help create a comfortable, ready-to-use learning environment from day one.

At the same time, the Magic of Kindness team is developing educational programs and the hub's operational model.

We believe Digital Academy will become a safe, supportive space for learning, professional growth, and social integration, empowering participants with skills that open real career paths.

Projects like this remind us that sustainable impact is built through partnership, care, and long-term commitment.

2025 was about growth in scale, in ambition, and in the way we work together.

We expanded partnerships, strengthened existing ones, and started new conversations that turned into meaningful collaboration. We met peers and clients at conferences across regions, exchanged ideas, challenged assumptions, and came back inspired.

Inside Zoolatech, 2025 was also a year of change. We evolved our agile practices, adapted to new realities, and continued learning how to move faster while staying thoughtful and people-first.

Most importantly, this year was shaped by moments. We met during our on-sites, connected in our offices across locations, and shared meaningful experiences at hashtag and hashtag .

These moments strengthened our teams and reminded us how important real connection is alongside great work.

Team wins, shared experiences, honest discussions, and the trust we build every day with our clients and each other made this year what it was.
