Acreage/Lox residents - Your Input Is Critical to Our Neighborhood’s Future
Dear Resident,
Your participation is critical as we begin updating the Acreage Neighborhood Plan—a process that will shape decisions affecting our community for years to come.
A resident survey is a key part of this effort. The results will directly influence recommendations on development, transportation, public spaces, and overall quality of life. Without strong participation, the plan cannot accurately reflect the needs and priorities of our neighborhood.
This is your opportunity to have a direct impact. Every response matters and will be carefully considered
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and ensure your voice is heard. Thank you for your time and commitment to our community. Please share this with your neighbors and friends that reside in our community, it is of utmost importance.
Please share this survey with your neighbors and friends that are local residents.

Acreage/Lox residents - Baxter has got to go. To say “unnecessary personal crusades”, meaning, Betty Argue beating the tar out of Minto in the court system for one example. This saved our community from a free ride for Minto/Westlake, and millions of dollars of our residents taxes. It also states Baxter has donated to Betty Argue’s opponents campaign, again, dipping in where she doesn’t belong. There has been nothing gained personally by Betty, Baxter is only siding with Minto and helping other candidates that would follow suit towards Minto’s wants/needs. If anyone is gaining anything personal, it’s Baxter trying to drum up more funding from Minto for 2026. Not one “personal gain” example was stated.
“When she first ran for the board, I think she did it for the right reasons,” Baxter continued. “But since then, she has taken on a number of unnecessary personal crusades. Ultimately, she should put the needs of the residents first and not her own.”

The Acreage Landowners Association proudly endorses Keith Jordano and Betty Argue for the Indian Trail Improvement District Board. As proven leaders, they have prioritized the community’s interests and have extensive experience to effectively advocate for our way of life. This is not the time to elect inexperienced or special-interest-backed candidates, who may be influenced by dark money groups trying to take control of our roads, parks, and recreation at the expense of residents.
Keith and Betty have focused on critical issues like drainage, roads, and parks, and despite occasional disagreements, they always put the community first. Their commitment to preserving our rural character while making essential improvements and managing tax dollars responsibly is clear.
They have also consistently supported local nonprofits, such as the Acreage Landowners Association, Acreage Athletic League, and Garden of Hope, demonstrating their dedication to our community’s well-being. Unlike their opponents, Keith and Betty are not backed by big developers or special interests—they are supported by the people in our community who share their values.
Thank you for your attention and support.
