Just over a year ago, I became a certified Pilates instructor, and I’ve been reflecting on how much has changed since then.

To every single person who has walked into one of my classes—whether it was your first class, your hundredth, or you come back week after week—thank you. Thank you for trusting me to guide your movement, challenge you, encourage you, and be a small part of your day. That trust is something I’ll never take for granted.

And to everyone who has found me online, followed along with my workouts, shared my videos, or simply cheered me on from afar… thank you. Your support has given me the confidence to keep creating, keep teaching, and keep growing.

I truly love what I do, and none of it would mean as much without all of you. Here’s to another year of stronger bodies, stronger minds, and so many more classes together. 🤍
