Working on the weekend.. we're wrapping up Retail and Hospitality projects in Toronto, Tampa, Memphis, and Kitchener ON this week. Busy!

Happy New Year! 2024 in review

Another busy year has passed quickly!  It's now time to reflect on what we've accomplished, and to thank our valued customers, contractors, and employees for an exciting and productive year.  Thank you to everyone who contributes to ARI's mission of providing a reliable and affordable As-Built surveying service across North America.

In 2024 we had another diverse year of projects, using different methods and tools, for a variety of industries and environments.  For larger, more complex surveys we employed the Leica BLK 360 and the Matterport Pro3 to provide LiDAR scans.  For smaller, faster surveys we used the Matterport Pro2 and 360 cameras, and as usual for all projects we verified with lasers and CAD onsite to ensure accuracy and completeness.  Projects ranged from large, upscale retailers and jewelers, pro-sports merchandise stores in arenas, vendor-shop surveys in department stores, banks, restaurants, office buildings, a heritage property hotel, a fitness studio, and both residential and rural properties.

2024 was also another year of wide geographic coverage.  Vancouver was by far our busiest city, with multiple projects also in Toronto, Ottawa, Montréal, and New York City.  Other locations included upstate NY, Chicago, Boston, Honolulu, Denver, Nashville, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton FL, Edmonton, and Red Deer Alberta.

We are excited for the challenges and opportunities that 2025 will bring.  Thank you to everyone again, and have a safe, happy, and prosperous New Year!
