I didn't believe this when I was having my own anxiety and panic attacks, but after some practice I came to find this was true.

So many times we let our anxiety spiral out of control until we are a mess - racing heart, hard to breathe, hot flashes, irrational thoughts .. it doesn't have to be this way.

Here is a simple breathing technique that has helped me in some difficult moments: breathe in 4 seconds and then breathe out for six seconds (if you can do 8 seconds even better).

This helps to shift your mindset to something else and slows the heart rate. Increasing the exhale slows everything down.

I'm grateful I had this tool for the lady today. I felt really bad for her. I hope she continues to feel better and not feel completely dependent on medication.

Ocean drums are a powerful tool to clear and cleanse energy. However, the sound needs to be controlled and you need to have awareness when and how you play because it can be too loud or abrupt.

This sound healing instrument sounds like waves washing up on the shore. I prefer to use this at the beginning of the session because its intensity.

I'm curious how many people use this instrument. It's easy to travel with and use. It has many easy applications.

I will say, it can be very loud, so use cautiously when you're around people. I wouldn't use it by someone's head as it can hurt their ears and be disruptive.

But when you need to reset and clear energy this is a powerful tool to have in your box!
