US Olympic Training Center ๐ค Ms.I.Do.It.All
In Colorado Springs for a few weeks giving the ankle some extra love.
What an incredible experience to have this support and resource as an Olympic hopeful. We are getting after it and taking advantage of this opportunity.

HURDLE GANGโค๏ธโ๐ฅโจ๏ธโ ๏ธ๐ง
First time going over real hurdles (30in) ๐คฉ
This has been a long time coming and Iโm excited about it! 100 meter hurdles is the first event in the heptathlon and my first event back to normal-ish since having ankle surgery.
There is so much more to do but Iโm thrilled to have finally made it here!
Defying gravity is fun ๐
Having the Anti Gravity treadmill to supplement my running workouts has been amazing. I want to minimize impact on my ankle as it continues to adjust to all of the long jumping, high jumping, hurdling, and throwing.
For this workout I had 2 minutes on 1 minute off at 12.5-13.5MPH with 80% body weight.
