Ohio was GREAT to us last week.
We had the opportunity to spend time with key partners as we continue expanding NOW Interactives â footprint across healthcare and government supply chains. Every visit reinforces why relationships matter â alignment, transparency, and a shared commitment to driving value.
One of the highlights was touring our can liners manufacturing facility. Seeing the operation firsthand â from extrusion to finished product â was powerful. Even more impressive was the investment in recycling systems and sustainability initiatives that reduce waste, repurpose materials, and create a more circular production model. This is what the future of supply chain looks like: operational excellence paired with environmental responsibility.
As we scale SaniNOW nationally, itâs critical that we build with partners who understand efficiency, resilience, and long-term impact.
Expansion isnât just about growth.
Itâs about building smarter, stronger, and more sustainable systems.

đ¨ Supreme Court Strikes Down Sweeping Tariffs â What This Means for Trade & Supply Chains
In a landmark 6-3 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the executive branch exceeded its authority in imposing broad global tariffs under emergency powers. The Court reaffirmed a foundational principle: the power to levy tariffs rests with Congress, not unilateral executive action.
This ruling reinforces constitutional guardrails, clarifies limits under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), and introduces potential ripple effects across global trade, tariff collections, and pricing structures.
But hereâs what matters most to our partners đ
At NOW Interactives, we donât wait for policy to dictate outcomes â we build strategies that absorb volatility.
Hereâs how weâre leveraging this moment:
đš Diversified Global Sourcing â Strengthening relationships in Turkey, Latin America, and domestic manufacturing partners to reduce single-country dependency.
đš Tariff Intelligence Monitoring â Through our internal disruption tracker, we monitor FDA recalls, raw material shifts, and geopolitical changes to anticipate pricing risk before it hits our customers.
đš Bundled Category Strategy â Across MediNOW, SaniNOW, and EatNOW, we consolidate spend to offset potential cost pressures and drive 10â15% system-wide savings.
đš Strategic Distribution Alliances â Leveraging partnerships with Grainger, Medline, Sysco, US Foods, and others to create flexibility and redundancy in the supply chain.
đš Data-Driven Pricing Models â Using historical spend analytics and real-time market inputs to proactively renegotiate and stabilize costs.
Volatility will always exist. The difference is preparation.
This Supreme Court decision is more than constitutional clarification â itâs a reminder that policy shifts can move markets overnight. Our responsibility is to ensure our partners remain insulated, informed, and ahead of disruption.
The future of supply chain leadership belongs to those who anticipate â not react.

Over the weekend we spent the evening at Art + Soul Celebrations at PAMM. The energy in the room was undeniableâfilled with movers and shakers from across Miamiâs Black community who are actively building, leading, and shaping culture in real time.
Supported by the Office of Commissioner Keon Hardemon, Art + Soul continues to stand as a beacon for representation and impact. Through the PAMM Fund for Black Art, this event has helped bring 28 works by leading Black artists into the museumâs permanent collectionâensuring our stories live on and are accessible to all.
Moments like this are exactly why the Williams Hope Initiative exists. The night served as both inspiration and confirmation for my wife and Iâreinforcing our responsibility to give back, uplift, and steward the blessings weâve been given in a way that strengthens our community. This is what legacy work looks like.

Proud moments like this remind us why strong public-private partnerships matter.
NOW Interactives is honored to continue expanding our distribution alliance with Grainger in support of Miami-Dade County , leveraging our $16,000,000 Access Contract that supports every county department with streamlined procurement, competitive pricing, and operational efficiency.
Yesterday, Angel Respeto Jr. Director of Strategic Initiatives & Ex*****on, alongside our CEO Nicholas Williams , joined our Grainger partner Martha Martinez for on-site visits with Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) and the Miami-Dade Port Authority.
These sessions focused on educating end users about how to fully leverage the Access Contract, navigate available product solutions, and identify opportunities to drive meaningful savings across their departmentsâwhile improving service levels and speed to fulfillment.
This is what partnership looks like: showing up, educating, collaborating, and delivering value where it matters most.

Today we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. not just for his words, but for his insistence on action.
Dr. King challenged systemsânot individuals alone. He believed that justice requires structure, access, and accountability. That vision deeply resonates with how weâre building NOW Interactives.
To me, MLK Day is a reminder that leadership isnât about proximity to powerâitâs about building pathways. Pathways for small and diverse businesses to compete. Pathways for communities to access quality healthcare, food security, and essential services. Pathways where innovation, technology, and partnerships remove friction instead of creating it.
At NOW Interactives , our work across healthcare, government, and enterprise supply chains is rooted in a simple belief:
equity scales when systems are designed to include.
Weâre not here to be symbolic. Weâre here to be structural.
To create real economic opportunity.
To deliver transparency, trust, and value.
To ensure progress isnât episodicâbut sustainable.
As Dr. King reminded us, âThe arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice.â
Our responsibility as leaders is to help bend itâevery day, through the decisions we make and the systems we build.
