Sensitive skin and allergies prevent me from diving into just any skincare line, so I had to do some research. The first thing I look for is “fragrance free”. Fragrances trigger my allergies instantaneously (including itching, sneezing, and hives)! My husband can attest to this after 15 years of early morning banter about why he insists on putting his cologne on in the bedroom (we’re still working on a solution) 😂. The next thing I look for are harsh chemicals such as parabens, phthalates, aluminum, etc that can clog my pores (especially since I have large pores to begin with) or can cause further skin irritation such as itchiness, redness, hives, inflammation etc.

Nourish Organic meets the bill perfectly and so does Physician’s Formula though I would like to see them release more organic skincare products. Once I receive all my products I’ll review them and tell/show you how they work for me 😊 I hope you enjoyed this post and learned something new and take some time to research these skincare lines.

Swipe 👈 My husband wanted to try something inspired by our Disneyland friends on the West Coast. This dish is called “Blue Bayou’s Monte Cristo Sandwich” I’ve cooked a lot of things in my days (especially being at home for the past 4 weeks), and let me tell you it is the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted! I couldn’t even move from my dining table due to the food induced coma that was triggered by this incredible meal.
